Science Class at Co-op

This is a bad picture of me because I’m talking, but we had a great time.  Who knew dissections are so much fun?!  We learned about the heart the week before.  We used graham crackers, marshmallows and icing to learn how the blood flows in and out.  I was able to get a cow and pig hearts (Thanks White Oak Hill Farms) for my 3/4th grade class and my 5/6 grade class.  Even the kids who didn’t really want to see it learned a lot!

Glad the dissections went well, and you could find what you needed for it. 🙂

Poppa takes care of the dissections at our house! I take pictures from a distance. 🙂 I’ve like you on facebook from the crew.
