Ow! Ease relieves pain associated with sprains, strains and pulled ligaments and muscles, bruises, and contusions.  It helps to  reduce swelling and muscle pain.  Ow! Ease soothes, restore, and speeds tissue healing.  It’s great for bumps and bruises of children and sore muscles.  Ow! Ease contains Arnica, a yellow, daisy-like, alpine flower, has a long history of folk medicine use in Russia and the Swiss Alps.  It also contains chamomile, wildcrafted calendula and St. John’s wort.

We used this a few times on bruises.  It goes on smoothly with no greasy feeling.  We did notice that the bruises healed quickly.  This is also recommended for sprains and broken bones.

B.A.L.M.: Beeyoutiful All-natural Lip Balm $3.00 (or 3 for $2.70each).  Available in peppermint and orange.  This soothing balm is made from grape seed oil, shea butter, beeswax, and peppermint or orange essential oil.

I received the orange BALM and enjoyed using it during the winter months when my lips started to chap.  It’s smooth and refreshing.  I enjoyed knowing that this contained only natural ingredients!!

Many of us on the TOS Crew got different products to review.  Check here to see what they thought about the products they received.

** I received  products from Beeyoutiful in exchange for my honest review of it, with no additional compensation.
