GoTrybe is a neat tool to use for getting your children more active. There are three sections that include nutrition, wellness and motivation. After signing up you get to create your own avatar and pick or make your workout. It includes warmup, cardio, strength and flexibility. The workouts are fun! After watching a short video you answer questions to earn points. Points are used to get things for your avatar. My 6th grader is very motivated by earning points 🙂 and customizing an avatar is like paper dolls on the computer-FUN!!!
My kids gravitate to the computer so this is a fun option to not just veg out in front of a screen. GoTrybe also has a chat feature. (We didn’t use that feature.) This is a great tool for times that you may not be as active or for bad weather fitness. Most of the outfits are modest, but there are a few tummies here and there. The music is fun and does not have words, so you don’t need to worry about song lyrics.
GoTrybe was provided free for my review, as a member of the TOS Crew. I also state that the opinion is my honest opinion, and I was not reimbursed in any other way.
